The Market Street Team Leader leads and coaches foodmakers across fresh-food counters, including the Deli, Oven Fresh, Pie Shop, Bakery, Cake Shop, and Fresh to Go. The role focuses on customer service, sales, workload planning, stock rotation, food safety, waste reduction, and compliance with health regulations, while working with managers to meet departmental targets. Candidates should have strong operational knowledge of fresh-food counters, experience leading teams and coaching colleagues, and the ability to plan workloads and analyse department data.
