Toptal is hiring a hybrid/remote Marketing Agency Business Development Manager to lead enterprise proposals and RFPs, own strategic partnerships and go-to-market execution, develop professional-services offerings, and directly generate new business with enterprise clients. The role also involves designing AI-enabled client solutions, supporting sales and marketing operations, and driving pipeline and revenue across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of agency or consulting experience, proposal and partnership experience, strong client-facing and communication skills, and genuine interest in AI.
