Description
Citi is hiring a full-time Spec Analytics Intermediate Analyst (C11) for its TTS Analytics team. The role reports to the AVP leading the team and focuses on multiple analyses across the client life cycle, including acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention. The analyst will convert business problems into analytical frameworks, use multiple data sources, apply analytical methods and predictive modeling, and deliver data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of data analytics experience, a master’s degree with 4–8 years of data analytics experience, or a PhD, along with marketing analytics, sales and pricing optimization, client experience, segmentation, forecasting, machine learning, and unstructured data analysis experience. Required tools include Python/R, SQL, Hive, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
