Symple Lending is hiring a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale its marketing technology stack and lead-generation systems. The role leads a small engineering team while remaining involved in system design, development, AWS event-driven architecture, data flows, attribution, ad-platform integrations, conversion tracking, CI/CD, reliability, and performance monitoring. The position is on-site in Tampa, Florida, and offers a base salary plus performance bonus, health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and holidays.
