The role coordinates proposal reviews, interview materials, presentation logistics, website and social media content, market research, and digital filing systems, while collaborating with project managers and technical staff. Candidates need at least one year of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC industry, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong writing and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with CRM or design tools; the position offers a $50,000–$65,000 annual salary and medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, and paid time-off benefits.
