Burgess & Niple is hiring a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to support civil engineering, water, and transportation projects by developing proposals, coordinating pursuit strategies, preparing client presentations, creating marketing content, and maintaining proposal and marketing databases. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field, at least two years of related experience, experience with SF330 and F110-330 forms, CRM and database management skills, and proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office.
