Description
Pattern is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant for its Sydney team to drive B2B lead generation and represent the company externally. The role owns lead-generation activity across events, webinars, content, email, and social media; tracks MQLs and pipeline conversion; coordinates B2B events and webinar logistics; supports content, database, email, PR, and media activities; and represents Pattern at prospect-facing events. It requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and organization, familiarity with social media and CRM/email marketing tools, and Australian work rights. The position is hybrid and based in Sydney, Australia.
