Vision Plus is hiring a full-time, permanent Marketing Coordinator in Tatu City, Kiambu, to execute the company’s marketing strategy across D2C performance marketing, marketing automation, creative production, and retail channel support. The role owns lead generation, customer acquisition cost, website conversion, brand consistency across 300+ retail partners, omnichannel e-commerce and retail programs, and AI-powered automation and experimentation. It requires advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and includes responsibilities such as managing the marketing P&L, leading campaigns, building automation workflows, and mentoring junior designers.
