Windham Mountain Club is hiring a full-time, year-round Marketing Coordinator to support resort communications, logistics, projects, and marketing operations. The role includes creating and distributing daily snow reports, managing timelines and cross-department coordination, overseeing signage, supporting website and digital content, coordinating photoshoots and events, and providing on-mountain content capture. The position is based in Windham, New York, requires expert-level skiing or snowboarding, and pays 24–26 per hour with 30–40 hours per week and weekend and holiday availability.
