SHEIN is hiring a part-time, fixed-term attorney to support its US marketing team in Los Angeles. The role provides legal research, compliance reviews, rule and disclosure drafting, sweepstakes management, influencer and endorsement contract review, and advice on TCPA, CAN-SPAM, telemarketing, and other marketing communications. The attorney must be admitted to a California or Washington bar or have a pending bar exam; the position is supervised by a licensed attorney and requires 0–3 years of legal practice experience. Compensation is $40–$60 USD per hour, with approximately 20–25 hours per week.
