Eversource is hiring one regular Natural Gas Customer Service Representative to handle telephone, email, and website inquiries from prospective residential and small-to-mid-size commercial natural-gas customers. The role answers questions about gas availability, benefits, pricing, installation, conversion processes, and equipment, enters and routes leads in Salesforce, supports customer satisfaction, and collaborates with sales and marketing. It requires a high school degree, four or more years of related experience, and availability for emergency restoration assignments and travel between Massachusetts and Connecticut; visa sponsorship is not offered.
