Description

Vestd is seeking a Marketing Lead for Growth & Scale to manage the commercial marketing agenda for two large business units. This role involves developing marketing strategies, driving pipeline and demand generation, managing customer lifecycle and retention programs, and providing performance reports. The successful candidate will also lead and coach two Marketing Coordinators, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience owning end-to-end marketing performance for a BU, segment, or revenue line in a B2B environment.
Comfortable with the full funnel — acquisition through to retention and expansion, not just top-of-funnel.
Experience working closely with Sales and Customer Success as commercial partners, not just internal clients.
Ability to operate effectively in matrixed environments, utilizing influence as much as authority.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Background in SaaS, fintech, or a similarly commercially complex sector.
Experience working alongside a central/shared marketing function.
Startup/scaleup experience.
Knowledge of shares and share schemes.
Experience working in a remote-first team.
