Hire Hangar is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager (BPO) for a remote EST role. The position leads marketing strategy and execution for a business process outsourcing company’s own brand and services, including advertising campaigns, content, social media, email marketing, vendor management, sales alignment, and KPI reporting. Candidates must have direct experience marketing a BPO’s own services, experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry, strong English communication, the ability to manage multiple campaigns, and prior remote work experience with collaboration tools.
