Cerio is hiring a full-time Marketing Programs Manager to build brand awareness, engage customers and partners, and support growth through field marketing, events, communications, digital campaigns, content, and brand development. The role requires 10+ years of marketing experience, including field marketing, event management, digital marketing, AI tool use, and experience translating complex technology into customer-focused messaging. It can be based in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montréal and offers a base salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus bonus, benefits, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
