The role manages an agricultural crop insurance territory across Idaho, Nevada, and Utah, recruiting and training agents, developing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with farm groups, resolving agent and insured complaints, supporting premium collections, supervising field representatives and insurance specialists, and communicating territory issues to division management. The position requires a baccalaureate degree in Agricultural Business or a related field and 3–5 years of crop insurance marketing or service experience, with a disclosed pay range of $85,000 to $130,000 and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
