Grab is hiring a Marketplace Assistant Manager (Mobility) in Jakarta, Indonesia, to manage marketplace projects and workstreams for its two- and four-wheeler mobility services. The role combines data analysis, business strategy, stakeholder collaboration, experiment design, and project implementation to improve availability, booking experience, service quality, and marketplace health. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, working knowledge of SQL, Python, or another analytical tool, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. The position reports to a Senior Manager and is based onsite.
