Bloomingdale’s is seeking a Marketplace Assistant to support marketplace operations across customer service, vendor management, and store operations. The role handles vendor and store issue resolution, operational and financial disputes, transaction and inventory reconciliation, SLA enforcement, performance reporting, corrective actions, and process-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 0–2 years of relevant operations, retail, or e-commerce experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, communication ability, and Microsoft Excel proficiency; online marketplace or luxury retail experience is preferred.
