Nitra is hiring a Marketplace Operations Lead to build and scale the operating engine behind NitraMart, its healthcare marketplace. The role manages marketplace workflows across orders, vendors, products, fulfillment, and customer issues; improves reliability and customer satisfaction; analyzes KPIs and operational data; and develops scalable processes and automation opportunities. The position requires 4–8 years of relevant operational experience, strong analytical and cross-functional skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
