Description
The Marketplace Operations Manager will manage all of the company’s marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, MediaMarkt, Refurbed, Back Market, and Otto. The role combines operational oversight of pricing, assortment, visibility, listings, categories, competitor pricing, and sell-through with data analysis using Plentymarkets and Excel, KPI reporting, and process automation. It requires e-commerce experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, independent work in a start-up, and German or English proficiency. The position is based in Hamburg and offers €3,000 gross per month plus a performance-based bonus.
