Description
Mahaska is hiring a full-time Loader to read build sheets, build loads, handle empty and full merchandise, empty route trucks, restock and put away freight, maintain a clean and organized work area, and use an iPad for accurate picking. The role offers on-the-job training, a starting wage of $17.50 per hour with a possible increase after 90 days, and benefits including health, prescription, dental, life insurance, retirement, paid personal days, and paid vacation. Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team, lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and hold a high school diploma or GED; forklift experience is preferred but not required. The position requires authorization to work in the United States and does not offer visa sponsorship.
