Description
Kitchen Stuff Plus is hiring a Sales Associate for its retail store. The role reports to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader and supports customer service, sales, store maintenance, cash procedures, replenishment, and safety. Responsibilities include representing the company, building customer relationships, resolving escalated matters, maintaining product and promotion knowledge, completing cash transactions, performing basic shipping and receiving, and following health and safety policies. The position requires computer skills, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, use a ladder up to 10 feet, stand or walk for eight hours, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and availability for additional holiday shifts.
