Description
The MARVEL Trainer SCIM delivers client-focused training for Concentrix agents, including new-hire, product-update, and recursive training. The role involves classroom facilitation, coaching, curriculum review, training evaluation, agent readiness support, product knowledge, and collaboration with Operations and the Instructional Design team. It is a full-time position based at MYS Kuala Lumpur Nu Tower 2 and requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, two to four years of relevant experience, training-methodology experience, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
