Vantor is hiring a MASINT Training Program Developer to support a critical intelligence mission by developing training curriculum, maintaining MASINT training materials, and establishing an intelligence community-wide certification program. The role requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph, a bachelor’s degree in geophysics, physics, or engineering, and six years of MASINT data analysis experience. Preferred qualifications include curriculum or certification experience, briefing experience, advanced STEM education, and recent MASINT training or collection experience. The Washington, DC metropolitan area base pay range is $102,000 to $149,600 annually, with additional benefits including a 401(k) match, mental health resources, and student loan repayment assistance.
