Description
The Masker I prepares customer products for the parylene coating process by masking and demasking according to specifications, inspecting work, using precision tools and equipment, cleaning and preparing surfaces, and supporting packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, basic math skills, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform precision work; no prior masking experience is required because hands-on training is provided. The position may be performed in a cleanroom and offers advancement through Masker II, Masker III, and Masker IV, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
