Description
The Parylene Masking and Demasking Technician performs masking and demasking of customer products during parylene coating, along with inspection, cleaning, surface preparation, packaging, shipping, receiving, fixture refurbishing, and other process-related tasks. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English communication skills, basic math ability, manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to work in a clean room. The initial 6–12 months involve learning and developing skills through the masker certification program.
