Description
The Parylene Masker performs masking and demasking of customer products during parylene coating, along with inspection, cleaning, surface preparation, packaging, shipping, receiving, fixture refurbishing, and other process-related tasks. The role requires following manufacturing procedures, using hand tools and microscopes, inspecting work for quality compliance, working in a clean room, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with English communication, basic math, manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, color discrimination, and near-vision acuity.
