Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Masker Trainee - Weekend Crew in Branford, Connecticut to perform masking procedures on jet engine blades, vanes, and other parts. The role uses tapes, hot waxes, liquid and powder solutions, fixtures, dry presses, and other tools to protect parts from in-house processes, followed by inspection, demasking, deburring, paperwork, and hazardous-waste handling. The schedule is 36 hours per week, with weekend hours from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and optional weekday hours, and the position is full-time. A high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, and U.S. work authorization are required; visa sponsorship is not available. The starting salary is $22.00, with medical, dental, vision, vacation, and 401(k) benefits.
