Description
The Mason performs specialized maintenance, repair, and installation work on masonry structures and plumbing systems in a hotel. Responsibilities include repairing walls, floors, stone cladding, concrete, tiles, toilets, and other plumbing components; inspecting and restoring deteriorated masonry; applying sealants and waterproofing; responding to urgent guest-room and public-area repair requests; and ordering materials. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in hotel, commercial, or residential masonry, knowledge of masonry equipment and construction materials, the ability to read basic drawings and measurements, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
