Description
The role performs concrete finishing, form building, masonry, plastering, tile installation, repairs, and related construction work, including pouring and installing trash cans, building sea walls, repairing docks and boardwalks, operating heavy equipment, and installing signs and fences. It requires eighteen months of full-time verifiable concrete-finishing and form-building experience, a driver's license, and a Florida Class B commercial driver's license valid for air brakes within ninety days of appointment; two years of commercial experience is desired. The position involves physically demanding work, including lifting, climbing, kneeling, and exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
