Description
The employer is hiring a masonry foreman/all-rounder to independently execute small conversion, renovation, sanitation, restoration, and repair projects in the Böblingen, Sindelfingen, and Stuttgart area. The role also supervises and coordinates deconstruction and dismantling activities with helpers in a small work group. Candidates need a trade qualification or apprenticeship, construction and fit-out experience, technical and practical aptitude, on-site teamwork, client and architect communication skills, physical resilience, and a class B driver’s license; German proficiency is required.
