Description
The Masonry Foreman will lead masonry work on construction sites, directing and motivating masons and construction helpers while coordinating schedules, monitoring quality, inspecting work against drawings and specifications, managing materials and tools, and maintaining safety and site order. The role requires extensive masonry experience and preferably leadership experience, along with practical, hands-on team guidance, stress resistance, quality awareness, safety responsibility, clear communication, and planning skills. The position pays €21.940–€24.134 gross per hour and includes meal vouchers, clothing and commuting allowances, overtime compensation, holiday pay, insurance, pension accrual, training, and Belgian statutory leave.
