Skilled US is hiring an on-site, full-time Masonry Instructor in Indianapolis, Indiana, to deliver all ten modules of the NCCER Masonry Level 1 (5th Edition) curriculum in a 6-week, 224-hour adult education and workforce-training cohort. The instructor provides hands-on training in bricklaying, blocklaying, mortar, tools, scaffolding, safety, blueprint reading, and residential masonry; administers NCCER assessments and records credentials; embeds Adult Education and Literacy content aligned with WIOA Title II; coaches adult learners; develops employer, union, and community partnerships; supports job placement; maintains Salesforce records and compliance documentation; and manages lab resources. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, NCCER Masonry Craft Instructor certification or eligibility, OSHA 10 certification, and either qualifying certification eligibility or at least five years of professional masonry experience.
