Description
The County is seeking a semi-skilled Masonry Worker to perform journeyman-level construction, maintenance, and repair of roads, sidewalks, curbs, drainage systems, footings, walls, catch basins, ramps, and storm drains. The role includes reading blueprints, pouring concrete, building forms, laying brick, determining material needs, inspecting and repairing equipment, maintaining tools and vehicles, following safety procedures, coordinating with supervisors and the public, and operating masonry and construction equipment. A high school diploma or GED and three years of masonry experience are required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
