Mannheim Technical University is hiring a full-time Mass Spectrometry Scientist (f/m/d) for its CeMOS Research and Transfer Center. The role develops a mass spectrometry imaging platform for oxidative lipid profiling in cells and tissues, performs independent data analysis using R or Python, presents results and publications, and contributes to project proposals, project management, and industry-partner liaison. The position requires a relevant PhD, at least three years of hands-on mass spectrometry experience, and at least two years of mass spectrometry-based lipid or metabolite analysis experience; it is a limited two-year contract and is generally divisible.
