Description
The Massage Therapist provides individualized massage therapy and body-treatment services to LifeSpa and Salon members, builds client relationships, educates clients on products and treatments, maintains the facility, and promotes recurring massage services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a massage therapy license, the ability to perform massage services, basic PC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include two years of professional massage experience, body-treatment knowledge, and Salon Biz experience. Compensation is commission-based at 35% to 70% depending on product and productivity, with weekly minimum pay at the applicable hourly minimum wage, plus membership, discounts, retirement, training, sick leave, and other benefits.
