Description
The Massage Therapist provides individualized massage therapy and body-treatment services to Life Time club members, builds client relationships, educates clients on products and treatments, maintains the spa area, and promotes repeat business. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a massage therapy license, the ability to perform massage services, basic PC knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred qualifications include two years of professional massage experience, body-treatment knowledge, and Salon Biz experience. Compensation is a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage plus 15% to 55% incentive pay based on productivity, with benefits including a subsidized membership, discounts, retirement matching, and for full-time members, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
