Description
The Masseuse provides professional massage and wellness treatments while delivering exceptional guest service in accordance with Radisson Hotel Group's luxury standards. Responsibilities include performing massage therapies, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, keeping treatment records, assisting with spa or recreation reception, promoting spa services, handling guest inquiries, monitoring supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance issues, and complying with hotel policies and safety procedures. The role requires a relevant diploma or certificate, a valid massage therapist license or government-approved certification, at least two years of experience in a hotel, resort, spa, or wellness center, proficiency in massage techniques, strong customer service and communication skills, professional grooming, and availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
