Chromalloy is hiring a Master Alloy Chemical Process Operator to support the production of aerospace-grade master alloys. The role prepares raw materials and molds, operates and maintains production equipment, supports vacuum induction melting and ingot finishing, handles materials and documentation, and maintains a safe work environment. The position is scheduled for the first shift, Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, along with manufacturing or related experience, English communication skills, basic math, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to complete forklift and overhead crane training. The role is limited to U.S. persons and requires E-Verify, a background investigation, and a drug screen.
