Description
The Master and Reference Data Strategy Analyst supports the strategic evolution and adoption of enterprise-wide Master and Reference Data in coordination with the Data Governance team. The role partners with business lines and global functions to identify and remediate data quality issues, manage reference data standards and databases, support data maintenance and lifecycle processes, test software releases, monitor system performance, resolve data issues, and develop metrics and visualizations. It requires 1–4 years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with basic Microsoft applications.
