Description
The Master is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation of a vessel, including executing voyages, complying with maritime laws and company policies, managing navigation, cargo and ballast operations, emergency response, crew welfare, vessel security, pollution prevention, and risk management. The role requires strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and technical proficiency with bridge and GMDSS equipment, while maintaining commercial objectives and safety standards.
