Trystar is hiring a Master Blackbelt – Continuous Improvement to report to the Director of Business Process Optimization, Program Management. The role is based at the Faribault or Burnsville office and focuses on analyzing data, developing statistical models, optimizing processes, supporting product development and operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and preparing reports and visualizations. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field, proficiency with statistical software, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with lean transformations; PMP, Lean Sigma Black Belt, electromechanical assembly, Epicor, Minitab, JMP, and Spanish or French fluency are preferred.
