Description
The Production Associate builds and assembles custom-designed garage doors from CAD drawings and production specifications, handles wood and related materials, uses hand and power tools, measures and inspects products, performs minor repairs, and maintains quality, safety, productivity, and work-area standards. The role requires basic woodworking or construction knowledge, the ability to read CAD drawings and production documents, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; a high school diploma or equivalent and prior woodworking, carpentry, cabinetmaking, construction, manufacturing, or assembly experience are preferred.
