BwConsulting is hiring full-time Master@BwConsulting consultants in Troisdorf or Berlin to work alongside clients on strategy, management, control, organization, process, change, and human resources consulting projects. The role involves preparing analyses and research, conducting workshops and expert interviews, presenting results, and independently managing work packages. Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree and be enrolled in a part-time master’s program, be available for at least 32 hours per week, and have strong German, analytical, communication, teamwork, and quality-commitment skills.
