Sinclair is hiring a Master Control Operator to operate the multi-channel and multi-brand control point for its television stations in El Paso, Texas. The role manages live events, graphics insertion, playlist manipulation, on-air quality monitoring, content ingest and playout, equipment performance, and coordination with managers and operators. It requires at least one year of Master Control Operations experience, familiarity with local television station operations and live news or sporting events, knowledge of broadcast technology and content systems, and availability for any shift, holidays, and weekends.
