Description
Sinclair is hiring a Master Control Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Media Operations Center supporting more than 30 CW, MeTV, MyNet, and independent television stations through a cloud-based Master Control platform. The role leads and develops a team of 20+ Master Control Operators, supports live newscasts and sports events, manages staffing and performance, coordinates with internal and external partners, and contributes to operational improvements. Candidates need at least three years of experience in Master Control, media, or content operations, along with experience in broadcast automation, cloud playout, digital workflows, content ingest, and live switching. The position is full-time, requires any shift in a 24/7 operation, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
