Description
Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is hiring a Master Data Analyst to maintain and update customer master data in SAP and Salesforce, including new customer, sold-to, ship-to, lead-time, account, and project information. The role also handles contract reviews, invoicing, service requests, obsolete parts, customer credit issues, portal maintenance, and customer demand prioritization. A bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, or a similar field is preferred, and at least one year of customer interaction or support experience is required.
