Beghou is hiring a Master Data Management Manager to lead end-to-end MDM projects for HCP, HCO, and payer data in pharmaceutical and life sciences. The role manages client and internal stakeholders, data vendors, project budgets, Statements of Work, invoicing, data quality, governance, and commercial data flows, while also leading product and process initiatives and mentoring junior team members. Candidates need at least six years of relevant experience, proven MDM platform implementation experience, knowledge of MDM systems such as Reltio and data integration technologies, Python and advanced Excel proficiency, strong communication and project-management skills, and a bachelor’s or advanced degree. The role offers a hybrid work policy and a stated wage range of $130,000 to $180,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance.
