Description
Therakos is hiring a remote, permanent Master Data Manager to own the quality, consistency, governance, and audit readiness of eight core master data domains across ERP and related systems. The role defines data standards, resolves data conflicts, partners with IT and cross-functional teams, implements validation and error-proofing controls, monitors quality KPIs, and supports ERP implementations, product launches, and regulatory submissions. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of master data, data governance, or ERP data administration experience are required, along with NetSuite or equivalent ERP, AI business use cases, and multi-domain ownership experience.
