Continental is hiring an MRO Data Steward to maintain and govern master data for spare parts and MRO materials across its industrial operations. The role involves validating records, defining data quality rules, supporting SaaS data management tools, collaborating with maintenance and warehouse teams, analyzing data in Excel, supporting inventory and emergency spare-part processes, and helping establish standardized MRO processes. Candidates need a mechanical or electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification, several years of technical experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills; MRO, industrial engineering, project management, and Excel experience are preferred. The position is on a two-year fixed-term contract and offers training, flexible working models, and sabbaticals.
