Nexa Energie GmbH is hiring a full-time, permanent Electrical Master / Technical Operations Manager to lead and develop its electrical engineering division in the Cologne/Bonn/Remscheid region. The role combines technical operations management with electrical installation planning, commissioning, testing, quality assurance, safety, site coordination, and support for photovoltaic, battery storage, charging infrastructure, and grid connection projects. Candidates need a master examination in the electrical trade, authorization or professional requirements for the role, strong knowledge of VDE, DIN, and technical connection regulations, and a driver’s license class B; several years of professional experience and experience with photovoltaic systems, battery storage, meter systems, and grid connections are desirable. The position offers a company vehicle, training, and direct collaboration with management, project management, sales, and specialist departments.
